Leaving the multiplayer and online services intact and disabling the broken parts, part that are probably pretty evident by now and the heap of trouble tickets and launcher logs that they have received since yesterday. Not necessarily, by disabling the launcher doesn't mean they have to disable all of the root commands and shared service protocols. That will probably upset the group of people that can actually play the game (myself included). If they get rid of the launcher then the online portion will probably not work along with any SC services that singleplayer needs. I did copy it to a drive, then moved it to desktop before uninstalling everything. Whatever you might do to with the RGL, backup the RDR2 install directory (Program Files/Rockstar Games) Uninstalling RGL is fine if there are still games installed, but you can't uninstall the Social Club if you have any game installed.
